Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the VersIQuote platform. Please read them carefully. See also our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using VersIQuote in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The service provider
Counsel review: replace this paragraph with your full legal entity name, entity type (e.g. LLC), and registered business address. Until then, VersIQuote is operated as the product branded at versiquote.com; legal notices may be sent to legal@fabshop.app.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised individuals access to your account. You must notify us immediately at support@fabshop.app if you suspect any unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
Subscriptions and billing
VersIQuote is offered on a subscription basis. Plans may be billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD at checkout.
Your 14-day free trial begins when you create an account. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you need a paid plan to continue using paid features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VersIQuote to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to VersIQuote without express written permission.
Your data and uploaded content
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into VersIQuote. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your data. We process your data as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for logos, photos, and other materials you or your organisation upload, including that you have the rights to use them and that they do not infringe others’ copyrights or trademarks.
We will not access your data except to provide support (with your consent where practical), resolve a security incident, or as required by law.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersIQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we determine your use of VersIQuote is causing harm to others. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect where practical. Continued use of VersIQuote after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
Counsel review: these terms should be governed by the laws of your US state of incorporation (for example Delaware or California), with exclusive venue in specified courts. Until counsel finalises this section, disputes will be resolved under applicable United States law and in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
